Random Rambling of an R.A.

Today is my monday at work, & for sure nobody like monday specially if your from your 2 free days of waking up late & just simply being lazy the whole day. Anyways I dint have any problem waking up, I guess my body & brain is used to it now, & I'm never late, thank you so much to my hubby who never fails to take me to work every morning even though he got home around 11:30 om in some days, still he always wakes up early to send me to work(thank you so much baby, it means alot to me!) So today I had 13 rooms as usual and its all sheet change & only one of them have 1 bed room so that 12 x 2 = 24 beds that I have to replace the sheets with a new 1 regardless if the guest will check out tomorrow or not, plus 12 washrooms & 2 showers that I have to clean, oh thank God they din't use the coffee so I dint have any problem washing & refilling the coffee station. Anyways, if your a normal human beaing, of course it doesn't really make sense having to change bed sheets specially if the guest will checkout the next day, such a waste of time, energy, bed sheets & laundry. But of course it's the standards & I can't do anything about it but to do our job in which I am getting paid for, so what am I rambling about? Nothing! Nada de nada! It's just my logical brain complaning, since a normal house hold will do sheet change once a week right? Anyways, again that's my brain talking & my hand typing

Clothing Haul

Today was a lazy, well laid-back day for me & my hubby after a long week of crazy work, we finally have days off together. So I started the day with making a coffee & preparing breakfast for us. Then later on we headed to Squamish to pickup hubby's watch & just simply browse our nearest Walmart (how near? an hour away...lol) Anyways I dint buy that much but I bought a couple of fall/winter clothes, pretty cheap too that's why I love Walmart...wehehe, who wouldn't like great deals right?!?!

1st "Pinoy" social bday party I attended

So the tittle says its all, the pics that you are about to see are the pics taken from the very first bday party that I ever attended here in Canada. Why? simply because I'm too shy to attened even if I'm invited and the fact that I don't know all of the people in the small "Filipino Community" here that we have, oh and also it's my first time to attened a catholic mass in our mini-chapel. And its no longer a surprise for me that almost 85% of the people there are pinoys. It feels weird for me though, maybe I'm just used to a huge church, oh well, it doesn't matter, all long as you belief & faith is there with in you. Anyways here are the pics of the very first social-gathering that I attended with my friends from work, enjoy...

I decided to go with my shopping desire "again", so above is another Maybelline Extreme Moisture lipstick swatch, bought another 3 beautiful colors (Born With It, Midnight Red & Cool Watermelon) when we went to Walmart today. Also a 2 in 1 Conair hair straigthener & curling iron., says it does heat up in 30 seconds & it did, & i think it does the job pretty well, so I thinks its all I need for styling my ever straight long hair. What else? Hmmmm a Pantene Protecting (its a damage defender spray if you use heat appliances for your hair) Tresemme Curl Activator Spray & Pantene Curl Lock Spray (simply to hold the curls all day) Also a traditional blush brush from Sparesource.

My not so often "Night-life"

Ok, so I'm not really an outgoing or may I say a "night-life/party" type of person, very opposite of my hubby (who USED TO party alot & go out with his friends, its what a typical single guy loves to do, right?) I'd rather stay, rest & do some indoor activity after work or even in my day offs , I know its boring but its me, but then again, I do love to go out with my hubby & with some friends, gotta have a social life too. Let's just say that I enjoy the cozy environment our house have to offer me, not to mention the enjoyment of the internet...lol But seriously, even back in the Philippines I just love staying home & hanging out with my family & if ever I go out with my frinds its just at the mall no late night party. Anyways we went out to celebrate a friend's birthday. Was fun but oh boy I was really tired after work & all I wanna do is to go home relax & rest, since they decided to go in a bar after the dinner. Yeah, a bar where people drinks & talk all night, too much noise pollution for me. Oh boy, anyways bellow are the pics of my so called night-life...

Ok, I don't wanna sound mean & I don't want you to think that I'm not friendly too as well. I love making friends specially with who have the same interests like mine. I love sharing & sometimes giving away some girly stuff that I have. If you ever meet me in person I'm really a quiet type, somebody that if you don't talk wont say anything to you at all, I know...boring! But hey if you get to know me more I'm really crazy & I can talk forever with you about anything under the sun. Let's just say that I'm shy, scared of rejection to the point that you might think that I'm aloof. But like what I said, if your nice to me I'll be more nice to you & if ever I am friends with somebody that you don't like, don't ever think that we're talking behind your back. I'm the type that if you share some secrets with me, I'll keep it safe, I won't buzz it around, & if somebody says something about you I wont tell you either I'll just keep it with me. It's none of my business anyways, in short, I'm not "CHISMOSA" I don't really listen to "he says-she says" as long as your nice to me its all that matters. Now if you say something behind my back, its your problem, not mine, just don't let me caught you red handed, because I maybe quiet, shy or nice but I'll sure get you once I had enough!

Maybelline Lippies Swatches

So above are the Maybelline Moisture Extreme lipstick (left to right: Nude Blush, Rby Luster, Orchid Frost, Berry Sorbet) that I purchased the other day when my hubby & I went Walmart. For the fraction of the price I would have to say tha its really good, super moisturising for a "Drugstore" brand, smells like water melon....hmmm I love it so much that I can smell it all day plus the benefit od SPF 15, what more can you as for right?!?! So its really a good & cheap alternative to those high end expensive products if your a budget concious/makeup lover like me :)

It's Fall once again & I'm back!

Time to update this baby, I know I was MIA (missing in action) for quite some time now because of me being so dead tired everyday after work. But I got some good news for you guys. This week & for the coming months it will be slow at work its the time of the year, the transition from fall to winter a nice break for us before another crazy busy winter season starts again...oh boy. So I am really looking forward to those vacation days & have my everyday "normal" life again...lol. Anyways it's fall, bears are getting ready to go to sleep for 3-4 months (what a life eh? I hope I can do that too) leaves all over the place & a beautiful scenery of trees changing colors from green, yellow, red, orange etc. I'll post some pics in my coming posts so watch out for that. Also yesterday they had the annual "Thanks Giving Sale" for the winter stuff so got me a lovely red with burgundy tuck, its so cute, got my hubby jealous, but since they don't have the same style for guys I dint get him some :( Also a pair of red winter gloves, yeah its all red since its my fave color. Anyhoo, I'll try to update this baby as often as I can keep you updated about the fuzz in my life...
